Nature of the Resource

This private reference site is not a government office and stores no official custody, release, court, or corrections record. It cannot confirm a person's status, release anyone, post bond, or file a request or court paper for a visitor.

The pages point toward Menard County sheriff and court resources, IDOC and PRB information, VINE, federal locators, and third-party research tools. Those entities remain responsible for their own records and services.

Acceptable Use

By using the resource, you agree that you will not:

Illinois Governing Law

Illinois law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Illinois. References to Illinois FOIA, 5 ILCS 140, describe public-record access and do not turn this private resource into a public body.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
